  5. What do you mean "Per-apps proxy"
  6. When Reindeer is connected, the selected apps are allowed to access internet directly without proxy, as if the VPN is not connected. Some apps can not work normally when VPN is on, such as the video call of Wechat, this feature is right for that situation. Please be noticed this feature is only supported on the Android system higher than 5.0

  7. What if I can not access some websites after connected successfully?
  8. 1. That may because you accessed the website before connecting any VPN, which causes phone DNS be pollutioned by GFW. The solution is simply turn the flight mode button on and off.

    2. Disable "Bypass chinese sites" and retry.

    3. Select other routes and retry.

    4. Could be caused by other VPN app on the phone, such as Hola. Please uninstall such kind of app.

  9. Can I share my paid account on other Android devices?
  10. Yes. Just sign in with the same account name on each devices. Currently 2 devices simultaneous use is allowed for one account.

  15. Is there a speed limit, can I use it to watch online video?
  16. For your convenience, we do not restrict the bandwith, nor the speed. We tested the speed under home WiFi and Unicom 3G with smooth viewing Youtube HD video.

    But considering the network speed to the United States all over China(World) is various, especially at the rush hour at night in some places, you may experience unsmooth video playing or even can not play, which is network speed problem, not restrictions on our service.

  17. Why can I access all websites except for Twitter?
  18. There are two possible causes.

    If your browser shows "Forbidden, limit exceeded", then it is due to some limitations set by Twitter on mobile devices, resulting in opening it's website fail. The workaround is to modify the phone's browser settings to allow mobile phones to simulate a computer for accessing Twitter site. The names of the setting option are various on different phones, such as "Enable Desktop Edition", "Disable mobile version of the page", "Setting User agent" etc.

    If your browser shows "The page does not exist", and your phone is rooted, then it is due to the system hosts is modified by some bad software you installed. You need to use App like "Root Explorer" to open /etc/hosts, delete some lines, make sure there is only one line "127.0.0.1 localhost" in that file.
